Notes: All magic systems are built from the idea of spectrum. The magic itself is an encompassment of a pure force that comes in different spectrums. Ex: Lightmagic encompasses light, which is a pure force, though the colors represent the spectrums of light

Illusioles encompasses illusions, which are metaphysical forces that act on light. The spectrum of illusions encompasses all the different forces that can bend, alter, warp light, or even force light to quantum through different timelines.

Wand magic encompasses conductance, a metallic property that is the passing of light magic through a medium. The spectrum encompasses how conductive a metal is, and how the light behaves with the metal within it.

Lastly, Mistbending encompasses the mist, a pure medium of energy that is deadly in it’s chaos and uncertainty. Because it is a pure medium, it can be channeled to different “spectral forms”, similar to light.

Lightmagic - Used by everyone. Bends light and the mist through gemstones to attune them to be used. Color based

Ruby

Tourmaline

Citrine

Aquamarine

Peridot

Sapphire

Amythest

Lightmagic wands - ONLY FOR LORE REASONS, an arbitrary system that lets each player know how the weapon feel and how receptive it is.

Illusiole Illusioles are people with the power to cast illusions and portals to alternate worlds. By bending the power of the mist to create visual dissonances, one can “phase” out of the current world, and enter another world, either in the future, past, or other realms. These dissonances are called Illumens.

Although one Illusiole only has the power to cast illusions or disrupt sight around them, multiple Illusiole can pool their powers together to create a small, or even large Illumen.

Anchor Metals

Metals that anchor the magical component to the weapon itself. Often a sturdy hardy metal, anchor metals keeps the weapon bound to it’s magical component and stabilizes any magical spells that are cast with it.

Basic Anchor Metals: Iron

  • Known for it’s versatility and solidness Copper
  • Known for it’s cheapness and ductility Lead
  • Known for it’s heavy sturdiness and balance Tungsten
  • Known for it’s powerful conductance of magic Aluminum
  • Known for it’s light weight and quick channeling

Steelscience - Used by Mistforcers, channels mist through metals to attune them to a color and uses that.

MIST METAL COUNTERPARTS Hemisteel - Iron A cheaper and more mass produced anti-mist mineral, Hemisteel is a silvery slightly yellow metal that serves as a core metal for mist repelling charms. Hemisteel is formed from iron infused with the mist.

Misrite - Copper

Leatine - Lead

Elantium - Tungsten

Cobalt - Aluminum
