The Central Province, also known as the Homelands (or Homelands Kingdom) , is a large (for this world’s sake) kingdom at the center of the known world. With a population of over 200,000 inhabitants (estimated), as well as control over one of the largest area of pureland, the Central Province is one of the most influential kingdoms in all of Arybin. Although officially ruled by a King, power within the Central Province is also shared with the Council of Rez, a 8 member council who’s mission is to ensure the safety of the Kingdom and the inhabitants within.
Most of the land within the Central Province is protected by the Crystal of Spiren, a large and infinitely pure crystal of Mist-repelling aura that seeks to dispel the mist to only the borders of the province. Made eons ago by a powerful unnamed cleric who directed the synthesis of the crystal, it is the main force behind the repelling of the mist, and the purification of the lands in the Central Province. Due to this crystal, the piece of land that is not affected by the crystal is one of the few places in this dark world that has vegetation, life, and an abundance of animals.
However, the lands under the Centrla Province are vast and different.
